We Engaged in the design, construction, equipmentinstallation, supervision, and technical consultancy for railways, highways,bridges, tunnels, underground engineering, water conservancy, etc. We are inpursuant to the service contract of our client with the china ministry of works and housing. .We intends to invite experienced individuals expatriate or Consultancy firm capable of rendering expertise services in various fields of Engineering, Human resources,Maintenance, Administrative, Environmenta Lconstructions etc.
PROJECTS
The projects consist of redevelopment of the existing Luk Hoi Tong Building. Demolition of existing 7m deep basement and reconstruction of a 12m deep basement in the Central MTR scheduled area.Superstructure use high strength 80D concrete and steel composite columns tomaximum useable space. And The Six storey Institutional facilities building with plan size 80m x 55m. Total floor area approx. 10,000m².
The Architectural design require large span auditorium roof and internal suspended link bridge to connect various functional areas. Structural design utilized space framed truss together with suspension cable to achieve the aesthetic and structural requirements.
LOCATION OF THE PROJECT
:In Zhuhai city southern part of china[Guangdong]. Which is schedule to commence on 6th oct, 2009. .
CONTRACT DURATION
:18 months (Liable for upward reviewdepending on your commitment and expertise)
SALARY
: US$27,000.00 Monthly, can be transferred to any Bank or Country of your choice and all transfers must be made in conformity with the existing tax situation in China
